Thoughts on Transfix? Anyone invested?
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

Move dilemma:
Currently @ Arthur D. Little Limited Dubai as SE Manager w/ base comp of 285k $ + 10-15% bonus. Vert limited fit w/ people & projects in the region (MEI) & not motivated by seniors. Not happy w/ the job but good WLB. Very likely to promote to Pr which would include a 20-30% jump in total comp but shift to more variable
Move to MBB as PL. Projects & people are supposed to be great and he could see himself in the long run. Comp is 170k $ + 60% bonus. Will take 1.5y to move to Pr

30 days isn’t that big of a deal. 60+ will definitely get you on a list, 90+ might get you fired.
I had an associate on a project once that claimed to not know he had to file expenses. He was 60+ days late with a $15k balance.
He ended up getting the expenses to post before 90 days which I believe is mandatory termination at PwC
DONT PAY IT. the expense team will make your life miserable in reimbursing the amount. I finally gave up and now use the amount as my personal expenses buffer. Its was really frustrating dealing with those idiots.
How late is it? And how long will it take to get your expenses posted?
Generally a huge pita to get a credit balance refunded, so it’s to be avoided.
You have a couple week grace period, just submit weekly and you're good. If you're just now submitting for something that is already overdue you might have to pay some personally and reconcile later, but that's a huge pain.
OP I’d say don’t pay it until you literally have accounting telling you to pay it or else. Especially if you’re not supposed to pay it. Doesn’t matter if it’s a little late
Fairly common but idk about your financial situation but I would pay it down personally
Amex has been having issues this week. I received a delinquency notice of $253k (my buffer has about 3k in it...) this week. Next day an apology email from Amex for the error
Received another email today for $11k delinquent
P1 - you got a delinquency of 253k?
It was in error. It summed up all my charges for a number of years and claimed I was delinquent on it all
Take the heat and never come out of pocket for company expenses. I’m pretty sure their financial position is better than yours, they can afford it. Besides, they need to report for tax purposes or you should report anything not reimbursed on your personal taxes at the very least
At what point do you lose out on points?
Wait for company to pay. Amex May charge you late fees but you can call them to waive it off. I had to call 2 times to get lates fees of $400 waived off. They did it easily since we bring good business to them.
