I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?

I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. Need info on SAP Job titles/levels at Microsoft, Out of Desperation during Covid I joined Deloitte as a Consultant (one level above an entry level Analyst) with 5 YOE. Microsoft is offering me a position of Software Engineer. I’ve worked in clinical research in the academic/non profit world for the past five years. Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.

I have reformatted my resume to ATS but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Why is it so hard to get into the CRO industry and why is my hospital experience not translating? Thanks
