Today was a good day

USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI
I work in US Tax and had an experience of 3 year. Had got an offer of 14Lpa in another big4,but still don't feel like continuing in US Tax. As taxation is something I do feel like I don't want to make a career anymore, because of work life balance & also as it specialised. Please suggest other option worthy to make a career shift. You guidance will be extremely helpful. My highest qualification is M.com.
EY KPMG Deloitte PwC.

Following for insight.
For government work or manufacturing maybe but I don’t see too many clients caring too much abt it
Had it for few years and it did practically nothing for me so I didn’t renew. It seems to be relevant in federal space as a pre-requisite into certain roles, but that’s about the extend I see its value.
In the 6 years that I’ve been a PMP I’ve never formally used it. With that being said I found it interesting and learned a couple of good tools that I’ve used. Some will say that it died at the hands of Agile. I would more say that it is a tool best used for certain repeatable tasks. So, if you want to learn ways to manage a known process it can be great. If you want to develop the new and unique I would suggest learning more about Agile.
I view it as a check the box type of achievement. If your firm will pay for a class/review material and the test why not. Won’t hurt you. I do see it as a requirement for management level positions on some RFPs from time to time.
