MBA with Total YOE - 7+, relevant YOE- 5.3 , Skills - CYBERSECURITY,GRC, Audit.

I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

You think Airbus will come back with better offer?

Currently in Atlanta, GA. Looking for management role in wealth management, corporate and institutional solutions, business strategy and consulting. I have an MBA from non-target school, about 5 years in management from financial services, business strategy and development and I’m looking for a great company with salary range around $150k or above. A referral would be highly appreciated!!

Trying to make the switch out of law. It’s not for me. Been in transactional RE work for a while now and I’m ready to move on. I’ve got an MBA as well so looking to try to find a career that would allow me to use my business background and actually help make business decisions. Would love to try consulting. Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

I have looked into getting SHRM certification. But should I go back to school and get my masters in Hr?

I have 1 year experience as an internal business consultant, 3 years experience as a team manager with project management responsibilities and a background in Account Management and Sales prior to all that. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.
