What’re UX designers making at big tech?
I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.
Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

@OP - I’d be surprised if you get anything north of $150k in tech as an M...
We also don’t vary pay by city.
M range is huge, around 140-180
Dont ditch network without title bump
I think you guys have one less level than us, right? What do you do? Our M salary varies greatly depending on your specialty...
DD1 - that’s only true about starting classes from the same institution. So a Harvard analyst will make the same in every city. However, experienced hires are different - pay varies by city. I know this, because when I was offered a job, I was given a different offer for NYC and Houston...
@D1 hmmm did not know that.
Thanks guys!! Job is in Tech Consulting. Can’t comment on the specialization with giving it away.
@PwC without giving away the city?
Thanks DD1. In line with what I thought. I’m shooting for something north of 180.
Yeah, if you are in DC; clearance level can also play a factor.
D1 - I’m well above $150k now. No point leaving the network without a corresponding bump in salary.
Would be hard to go much higher than 180 base, but depends on what you’re making now and how much they want you
OP what group are you in now and what do you make? Do you have an MBA/post-MBA hire?
