Regardless of whether you work for Accenture, Deloitte, Pwc or xyz consulting, the things that will get you all that is to work smart, create your brand, network and kick ass at your work
Whatever level you want to be at - look at other people in that role and see what they're doing. See what level they're performing at. You won't get promoted until you've demonstrated you can perform at that level. Try to take on as much work as you can that relates to that work and ask questions of those people. Part of their job is to help develop you too, so don't be afraid to ask for that.
If you're an analyst or senior analyst - ask, ask, ask questions. We expect analysts to not know shit, so don't be embarrassed about it. Ask lots of questions and do the best work you can, and you'll grow.
Become the person other people can count on for quality work and thorough and correct answers. Try to be a subject matter expert for your team and the company don't want to lose you because you're recognized as essential among your peers.
