Question for anyone currently at Dentsu, as I'm looking into applying for a position there - is it true what they say about the "overwork, underpay"? That your day isn't done until your work is done? I'm really afraid of jumping from bad to worse in my career. Please let me know if possible!

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?
