Exit interview won't change anything, in my experience. You need concrete examples and a diary of the Ws. And you need to report prior to leaving, otherwise it's nothing more than sour grapes

HR doesn’t care about you, and the care about you even less during an exit interview. They’re there to protect the company.
Whatever you say in your exit interview is more likely to burn your own bridge than fix anything.

HR doesn’t care about you., they never will. HR cares about what’s best for the boss.
You want payback. Publicly expose the b*^*h and don’t look back. Would be like when the Joker makes the hospital explode and he’s walking away.
Yeah, unfortunately exit interviews aren’t really for this. I’m not saying not to air your grievances but it probably won’t bring about the change you want. Most agencies do exit interviews to make sure they get your computer an ID badge back and to find out where to send your last check.
I remember leaving my first agency and trying to use the exit interview to explain why I was leaving. When I was done the Interviewer from HR asked if I would be receiving a salary increase at my new job. When I told her ‘yes’, this is the only thing she wrote down.
Maybe LB is different. I hope...
This is someone who once preached to me about politics in the office! 🙄 I told her I don’t play them. She’s so good at playing the game, but I’m damn good at breaking the rules.
