You are fine..chill
This is excellent actually. Don't listen to boomers who say 3-5 years in every role. This isn't 1987 anymore.
Lmao we don’t believe the grass is greener, it literally is, we get paid to leave. Want us to stick around? Put your money where your mouth is. Otherwise sit down 🪑
Companies aren’t loyal to us, they shouldn’t expect it from us either
I wouldn’t necessarily call it a red flag. It depends on reasons to leave or if Type of roles are too different, or is it because of location etc.
No
Not a recruiter but 🚩 for me. I would at least ask you y you moved around and hope u have a good answer if u get past the screening stage.
Completely depends on the level and role requirements.
Also depends on what the candidate has to say about their experiences and why they moved around. If you’re just starting out and you’re increasing responsibility each time understandable. It is more lucrative for employees to move on quickly to get a better salary, no shame in that.
Eventually, if you’re a team leader or a company culture carrier you need to show tenure IMO.
Completely agree VP. This history is fine for most people OP but once you get to the level where you are building the culture of a company and/or leading the direction of the company I think it’s important to stay longer. These things take time.
