Remote scientists - do you think pharma companies will continue to allow remote work, or are you seeing them start to require people to come into the office? I’m hearing that people are being told they need to make adjustments to be able to be on site.

I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I'm deciding between two offers: 1. FDD Associate at A&M (90k base + likely 30-40k annual bonus) 2. Analyst at a small boutique IB with decent deal flow (75k base + likely 50-70k annual bonus)

Was told I’d only have one round (4 interviews), each split 50/50 on case/behavioral. This is for an Associate position and will be interviewing with AP/P/SP level. Is this typical? Since I see most people have multiple rounds.
