Seeking advice! I received a job offer today and definitely want to accept but have 4 weeks of FTO on my calendar mid June through mid July. My current firm has an 80% utilization target and I’m in the 90s and booked the time towards the end of our fiscal year (july31st) to make sure it wouldn’t affect my utilization. How do I go about not missing out on this time off? I’m exhausted and need a break but it looks like the new firm would like to staff me immediately if possible.

I’ve got a toddler and my wife is an accountant (industry), and we only have a few immediate family in the country- but they have health concerns. If you do billable work on a given PTO/vacation day, do you still count that day as vacation? Or do you get that vacation day "back"? Or do you only get the part that you billed "back"? (Or some other option.)

At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit? Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.
