Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

Curious to know if you've legitimately declared it to your core job peers and if yes how are you balancing ?
What I know is if i can be a manager at a regular office and yet have my own start up venture(s) on various other skills, it shouldn't ideally conflict but some HR do poke in between

It's okay to not know.. we think too much about what's happening next but don't really live in the moment. You'll be fine no matter what road you'll take next!
Focus on getting on good projects. Certifications are overrated by many people. I think if you look at future employers or even staying at the firm - the experiences you have are a lot more important than a certification. Which projects are you working on now that you'd put on your resume? If nothing is really notable or you don't have a lot of leadership responsibility then get on better projects.
I don't have a CPA and that really makes me insecure sometimes. Have a failed? Should I change my career path? My parents think I should be in HR but I'm 2 years into IT auditing and have a good shot at getting early promoted this fall.
Unless you want to do internal audit I wouldn't bother with a CIA
Forget about certifications and enjoy your life! You already have the CISA. The rest comes with experience. Just continue what you are doing at B4.
Seek help. In your current state you will never be happy.
