TDLR: would you leave your current job for less pay but more WLB + potentially diverse experience?

My current dept in PwC is pretty niche. I recently got an offer at another company for an IA role. Base is 10% less than what I’m earning but annual bonus is around 16%. Should I go for it so I can finally work else than 55+ hours a week and have some sort of personal life but less pay?

Has anyone used a salary (offer) negotiation service?

I’m a newer registered nurse (2 years) and want to get into remote work. I keep getting denied due to lack of experience but to even get the job I have now (case manager) the company knew one of my family members and they gave me a chance to interview because of that.
