Thinking of leaving RB for ADL. Losing faith in RB MDs and Partners, especially after how they handled this abysmal year. I’ve heard ADL is a bit of a mess but the Partners seem to be more energetic and growth oriented. I’m an experienced Manager so prestige isn’t important to me. I just want to work with positive Partners with whom I can build a platform and I just don’t see that at RB. Thoughts? Anyone else in a similar position? Roland Berger Arthur D. Little Limited

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

Anyone been able to work from Dubai for a UK/US firm and benefit from no taxes? I know if you are a US citizen you pay taxes where you are globally, but if you are British, then you only pay income tax on UK income - so if you live more than half the year abroad you are classed as non-domicile resident, but wanted to hear if anyone’s done this or heard about it?
