ADL is a good firm. It is on a growth path and there are a lot of young partners who are trying to prove themselves, which results in a lot of commercial vibrancy. The systems and processes are a bit early stage, but the growth and intimacy in the firm more than makes up for it.
The firm isn’t in debt and has good cash flow. It is well placed to move up the consulting firm ladder. Has enjoyed 15%+ growth globally over the last few years.
Coach
P1 absolutely. I feel ADL is where K was post MBO. Around 400m+ but with young partners and lot of commercial vibrancy
Coach
Not sure what you mean with the prestige thing. If anything, moving from RB to ADL is considered a bump in the ME.
Mentor
RB’s always been Tier 3/4 in the Middle East — ADL’s definitely stronger, even B4’s ahead

Opinions in fishbowl can be extreme , be careful before choosing to start fresh at a new firm
ADL is good firm right?
Do it. K and RB have been severely damaged internally. Stay away for at least 2 years
I have confidence in the new leadership at Roland Berger. Things will change in the right direction :-)
Coach
Great move
Leave RB as fast as you can, the place is going down fast. I heard ADL is not doing bad
LOL
Have any companies given retention letters yet?
Why ADL specifically?

Seems like one of the only T2/3 firms that isn’t going through a complete shitshow
