I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

I have 4 yrs of exp in Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, PLSQL, Unix and Autosys. I have been shortlisted for interview in Deloitte India. They are saying they will train me in cloud for 3 months and then I have to work in Deloitte for 12 months. In total there will be a bond for 15 months. Regarding designation I am not sure but most probably they will give me Consultant only. How much salary can I ask ? I am having an offer of 12 from Cognizant.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Thoughts on making the shift?

Billables are low this month. Like I have 65 billable hours in so far. I’ve messaged partners over the last week to try and get more cases but there are tons of new associates who were just onboarded and were at a low point for business. I’m freaking out
