This is a bit different than what people have posted but this is the book that I can’t wait to read. I’m always looking for ways to improve my sleep, I know I’ll never be an eight hour a night person but I am well over seven hours and it has made a world of difference in my health!

One of the most transformational books I'd read last year was Why we Sleep by Matthew Walker. Really got around to changing my sleep patterns and just giving this very important biological process due respect

uplifting

Love that guy! I follow him on social and have taken his MasterClass on sleep, he’s a genius!

There are so many people who do not understand how important sleep is, but they pay for it week after week.

I’ve also done outside monitoring at RMA in SF, CA. Multiple reasons for the many clinics if anyone is interested.

Received a job offer. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on a concern I had about it. It's an entry level position, and I don't have much experience. The billables are 2040 a year. For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm? It seems like most attorneys I know have minimum requirements of around 1800. The compensation is around 80k a year.
