John Stewart was great. He poked fun at both sides and was funny while doing it. Trevor Noah is not funny at all and his 1 sidedness has pushed me away as a fan of the daily show
Trevor Noah is growing into the role, I felt he took a big step forward with this interview since he actually challenged his interviewee, which you don't see much of out of him compared to Stewart. That being said, fuck I miss Stewart
Trevor Noah makes illogical parallels based on unfounded facts of systems to produce comedy; however, people mistake this as actual representations of the world. Dangerous stuff, mate.
OP I'm probably what she'd call a raging liberal and am by no means a fan, but black men did technically receive the right to vote with the 15th amendment in 1870 while women's suffrage wasnt until the 19th amendment in 1920. I understand blatant disenfranchisement of black voters continued until the voting rights act of 1965, and continues to be an issue today, but I understand how she thinks this. Its interesting you point this out as her most blatantly false example.

Watching Trevor Noah try to be as witty and insightful as John Stewart is painful....the whole show feels forced. He's been a disaster and ratings are down almost 40% since Stewart left. TDS is dead. It's like it didn't even exist this election cycle....

There were a lot of blatantly false statements made, but the kicker was that white women didn't get the right to vote until after black people. That was wild to me. Had to pause it and run it back.
@SC1 def share some examples if you have any. I didn't find his statements to be incendiary/false. We can point to verifiable sources to back them at least. Not sure we can do the same for Tomi.
