JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

SSLA is great in a lot of ways.
Interviewing - Depends on the team and department but it's pretty basic. No one tried to trip me up or undermine my answers during the interview process.
Salary - On the lower end compared to other agencies, and there isn't a lot (or any) negotiating at your level.
Culture - The LA office can be a bit clicky but that applies to most agencies. It's a laid back environment where everyone does their work and leaves at a reasonable hour (compared to industry standards). I haven't experienced any backstabbing or malicious behavior. The agency tries to do cool, fun things but the truth is, SSLA isn't a fun and cool place to work, but it's stable and no fuss.
Work - With Toyota's move to TX, SSLA is bringing on some new and exciting clients. The work for Toyota is stale but that's bc the clients don't take a lot of risk and don't want to ruffle any c-suite feathers.
