I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

We have two tiers of HSA plans. Lowest premium for a family is ~$90/check and I believe the deductible is $4k. We also get $2k from Moss Adams into the HSA annually. Our 401k is a 25% match of your contribution up to 6% (i.e. MA will give you 1.5% if you contribute 6%) and it's bumped to 50% (or 3% max) match after 4 years. There is also an annual profit share that has a 4yr vesting period. They are increasing our vision to now have coverage every 12 months and not just every 24. $1,750 coverage of dental each year.
I opted out because my spouse's benefits are much better than RSM's. I only took advantage of 401k but their policy on matching is horrendous (one time deposit after the calendar year is over-only if you had 1,000 under your belt).
RSM - high deductible - $2900 (5800 with spouse)
Premium - 74 (166 with spouse)
Hsa match - 1200 (1800 for spouse)
I'm particularly interested in the premiums cost for any high-deductible plan (HSA plan) for a family. But also curious to know what benefits you're offered beyond health insurance.
BDO doesn't offer high deductible. The deductible is $500 per person & $1,000 per family. Monthly premium is $190.
RSM but do you know what the health insurance premiums were like, even though you opted out?
