Today I got an offer from TCS with 15% hike while I had a discussion with HR and it closed on 30% hike. But they sent me offer with 15% hike including retention bonus. Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Job transition question: I recently accepted an offer for a new role with Merrill Lynch, the following day I was fired from my previous employer.
