Thoughts? What could be going on here?

Microsoft is hiring an account executive and I’m really interested in the role. I have B2B sales experience in a different industry, but my skills include lead generation, prospecting, account management, negotiating, etc (all within the C Suite and other decision makers).
Would appreciate knowing if this is something I have a shot at with no tech sales experience and what I could expect for promotional opportunities and compensation.
Thanks for the help!

We tried a Montessori school for a few months when our son was about two years old and regretted the experience. I get the emphasis on self sufficiency but the teachers were borderline lazy and uncaring towards the kids.
Similar to your kid, our son is also predisposed to creative learning. We've since switched him over and can't be happier with the results.
We did both Montessori and Waldorf style, I think Waldorf was a better fit for our child.
Reggio Emilia based learning is a good balance of play based learning , structure, and teacher led guidance imo. Our child enjoyed it and was well prepared for elementary school.
We are looking at few options which are somewhat in the middle, neither full blown Montessori nor full blown play based. The preschools have designed their curriculum to not be at either extremes and be more flexible with needs of kids
