If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

I’m confused. What tax time (sales/use or income or employee withholding) are you talking about? If you are based in KY, you already have nexus with KY.
Ohio also has the commercial activity tax. It’s a gross receipts tax that is different than sales tax. So you need to file and pay that also.
No apportionment for sales tax, need to know the exact service the company provides to see if it is taxable in KY or OH. You already have nexus in KY since you are based there but does not mean you will need to collect and pay tax. Same issue with OH. Also need to know how much revenue you have in both states. You may need to pay tax in both states but the tax is based on the revenue per state.
I’m guessing sales tax based on the hashtag. Apportionment typically only applies to income type taxes. If you have any physical presence in a state (temporary or permanent) you have nexus there.
Oh yes I see the hashtag now. It was confusing because OP included concepts from multiple different tax areas.
