We live in an apartment first floor. Recently, new neighbors moved in on 2nd floor exactly above us. They have 2 young kids. Throughout whole day we hear their noises running and playing and we hear stepping noise whole day non stop for almost a month.
We have been staying here for almost 2 years without any issues. We love our place and everything. Community office staff is also great but we are just clueless as what to do. Should we bring this to attention to the office or any other options?

I’m hosting family from America in my home in Europe this week. Being away for just a couple of years has made me really aware of American tendencies. They’re fat and literally are only always thinking of their next meal. We can eat, and they want to talk about dinner. Their default diagnosis is cancer, and she does have a past history of colon cancer. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection.
