I say that every year after promotion day
Agreed! Verging on alcoholism due to stress/workload etc
I didn’t drink much before starting my job. Now I do quite a bit. But I’m not sure if it’s the culture or if it’s just me. I’m under control at work events (2-3 drinks max) but I noticed that I drink a lot more on the weekends away from work. Don’t think it’s a problem but interesting that I’ve changed since starting.

I completely agree. It’s not right how many of us are struggling alone. It’s the stigma. People don’t all realize addiction is a disease
