I have a couple of questions for ZS fishes-
1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
2. Is it possible to shape up a career path in the BC stream which doesn't involve business development? I don't want to get into working on SOWs and RFPs.

Hi fishes, I declined the offer from Pwc AC bangalore on July 28th by sending an email to HR, communicated the same to us_pwc_ac_bangalore_recruitment_services@pwc.com. But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC

I moved to a different, but technically still client facing role. I’ve loved it. Yes I have a different salary growth projection for sure. But we already make a lot of money and I love the hours, the pace, and how much chiller my team is. I also love that I get to keep my same benefits package, which is way better than industry. I would say it’s just like any industry job though in that you’ll be working with the same people in a typical office environment for the foreseeable future. So make sure you do your due diligence on the group. For example, I know one other group similar to mine that is known for a lot of infighting and petty office politics.
Very helpful, thanks!
Moved to an internal role and had a positive experience.
Why not just move to the industry? Our internal processes and tools are not better than most of our clients anyway
Certain things I enjoy about consulting, but being external client facing isn’t one of them. Also I’m an experienced hire with several years of industry experience so able to do a good comparison between consulting and that past work.
I am also interested in these answers! I like my company but not the stress of unreasonable client expectations, the hours, and the travel
The benefits is also the biggest reason I haven’t moved
