As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

I don't think it is. Companies are choosing the right person for the job, and race, gender, etc shouldn't be a factor into that. I wouldn't look too far into it.
Personally, I will say it is, especially if I've seen more than two people and not a single woman. I will just assume the company isn't 'women-friendly'.
If all the people on the panel being male were an issue, you would have never made it to the interview.
Yes, it may be a cause for concern if every candidate on a multi-person interview panel is a guy. Especially if the organization says it values diversity and inclusion. However, there are chances that it isn't a red flag.
I mean as a woman candidate who is being interviewed by all men interviewers
I think I would say in this case you should challenge them and they should prove their case it is not a red flag
Some businesses deliberately use opposite gender interviewing- but if it was ALL interviews not just a panel I’d be concerned.
There’s more worrying red flags i’d look for
Yeah sounds like it. A company with a predominantly male workforce may not be the most inclusive or welcoming environment for women.
