Every time I feel bad about hating my agency they schedule a 5pm meeting to give me urgent info account got that morning. Are the other shops out there this disorganized?

I am already making (30 fixed + 5 variable) LPA at BNY with promotional hike pending in feb. Can go upto max 25% including annual hike.

Getting offer from Barclays for VP position with 42 fix.
They are not going beyond 40% hike on current fixed package.
Is it like max Barclays can offer?
Need some insights how much VP make in Barclays?
Also is it worth the switch with so little hike?

What have you all done to stop/address mansplaining at work? I manage someone who is a great performer, great team player, but is constantly mansplaining. He’s inadvertently condescending in team settings with men & women as well. It’s like he’s trying too hard to be helpful and it just lands all wrong. How can I be direct about this without crushing his spirit?
