Music. Also, I bought an Apollo Neuro this summer. $$$ but it works. I was able to cut back drastically on anti-anxiety meds (I am not affiliated with the company in any way, shape, or form). Recently I hypothesized that I was stress-eating because chewing was easing my anxiety, so for the last day I have been trying gum instead - not when I have students, obviously!
1. Deep breathing.
2. Redirecting intrusive thoughts.
3. Being grateful.
4. Thinking positive.
5. Talk to someone you trust.
6. Love yourself.
7. Treat yourself.
8. Forgive easily.
9. Choose your battles.
10. Develop close relationships with students & SELECTED staff!
