Deep breathing, visualization, self-talk, massage therapy, tapping, - oh, yes, I am a therapist, too! LOL! I'd be happy to have a monthly talk via Google Meets or Zoom to help you destress. Just let me know! Lola

Music. Also, I bought an Apollo Neuro this summer. $$$ but it works. I was able to cut back drastically on anti-anxiety meds (I am not affiliated with the company in any way, shape, or form). Recently I hypothesized that I was stress-eating because chewing was easing my anxiety, so for the last day I have been trying gum instead - not when I have students, obviously!

9. Choose your battles.
10. Develop close relationships with students & SELECTED staff!

Hi Guys,

Not a check-in, need some help and guidance. So I am 26 years old guy, weight is 76kgs. But I look like my weight is around 85kgs (that's what my friends told me).

I want to lose weight and fat, target is between 65-70kgs.

I was thinking to do jump rope and do some strength training at home (I have dumbbells) and eat little less.

Please advise what routine should I follow to lose weight and fat? Is jumping rope enough to achieve the target?

Thanks a lot. ❤

I’m in Los Angeles and I have extra medication from an egg retrieval cycle that I’d like to give away (free). This bowl has been such a huge community of support for me, so I’m offering here first before taking to my clinic.

Anyone in Los Angeles and in need of these medications? I was fortunate enough to have them fully paid for by insurance, and I’d be happy to pass along that savings to someone who could use it.

It’s in the middle of the night so the perfect opportunity to share my story. I was diagnosed with MSH6 Lynch Syndrome in 2017. In order to be proactive I decided to get a full hysterectomy 3 years ago. Because of this I was forced into surgical menopause. I started on Estradiol patches for awhile then moved to a topical cream now am on the pills. Initially Premarin but due to increasing prices I’m back on Estradiol. I don’t sleep very well, still get hot flashes, and experience highs & lows.

Anyone ever dealt with eyebrow hair loss? Labs ruled out thyroid and the only advice the doctor gave me was to try a multivitamin and biotin.

I’ve hesitated posting because I don’t now what I’m asking of you all. But here goes. I froze my eggs a few years back and got 5. I’m now married and yesterday I froze another 2. Low numbers I know. I’m in my 40s. This week we make embryos- with 7. And I guess I’m just anxious. What if nothing. What if abnormal. What if something but they don’t transfer. Do I risk n carry myself (terrified of pregnancy btw). My mind is racing. Anyone been through this with such low numbers- anyone in your 40s?🙏🏽

I work in a public school setting and am allergic to citrus. My district has stated that it is too much trouble to accommodate me. I carry an Epipen and have an anaphylaxis reaction to being exposed to citrus. My district is not accepting my doctor note. They think I am exaggerating and refuse to limit citrus fruits on my campus. An HR meeting concluded that I was required to work through it/use the emergency response team if I have “an issue”. Pls share if you have had a different experience

Tomorrow they are requiring masks again and I was almost in tears when I found out. We have been mask free (recommended) since June and I feel like we are being muzzled again. I am vaccinated, frustrated, and have been off of antidepressants since March. I don’t even want to go into work tomorrow.
