Moon cheese! Starbucks sells it now so it’s something I don’t really have to plan, provided there’s a nearby Starbucks. Tricky though because there are six servings in each bag 😅
I also make sure to take a bunch of quest bars for those times I need to grab something quickly, or for when everyone gets dessert and I suddenly want sugar. Although I’d like to find something else because my body isn’t a huge fan of quest bars :/
Canned tuna with sugar-free mayo — one of my favorite client-site lunches.
Meant to add — dark chocolate squares (85%+), parmesan crisps, an avocado, roasted nuts.
Moon cheese, almonds, epic bars (I love the salmon but they are all good), string cheese, chewing gum
Other items that hold up well are cheese sticks (string cheese) and baby belle cheeses. I try to avoid nuts because they’re ´domino’ foods for me, i.e once I start eating a few I have trouble stopping
