What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

autonomy, proactivity, and leadership. I expect a SAE to be able to operate with little managerial hand holding. You should be able to run your programs efficiently, while managing up so your sup knows key milestones. I expect that you are tenured enough to be able to think ahead in the process and anticipate future needs and proactively work with your manager or creative/strategy counterparts to get things done (come with solutions not just problems. Your solution might not be the approach your manager/team takes but they will respect you for it). And finally leadership— find a jr team member to coach, establish strong relationships with your day to day clients or IAT counterparts and ensure that your internal team feels that they can depend on you. Demonstrate your value to the team and business. And don’t be afraid to ask for feedback along the way. An open dialogue with your manager is always a good thing to have.
