Happened a handful of time in my yrs. I typically call Amex and they will hold late fees. Other times I've procrastinated on submitting expenses and just ate the late fee with amex. Just pay the bill or call the CC company and tell me hem your plans to pay and it will be fine.
Cool thanks 🙏
Don't let this become a pattern. Your coach is notified of these things and not something that you want them to bring up to you.
Fired
You can call Amex and they will waive your late fees for you. Your coach gets a report if you haven’t expenses in awhile
Back in the old days you could get up to 60 days, and after 30 you and your coach would get an email. Now they slap you with a $45 late fee, and PwC at least says your responsible for it
At PwC, your coach gets copied on the 1st late notification. You will have late fees on the Amex side that you are responsible for. Not sure if this is still the case, but years ago if it became a habit, card usage was restricted.
