What is it like to be a pharma sales representative with regards to work life balance. I am a mom of two little kids and wanted to change roles internally but trying to see what training and work intensity for sales before making the move? I am leaving due to high micromanagement of schedules and looking for more flexibility with less "breather down your neck" management.
