Previously i never worked in this industry nor in this position were i am working now. I am trying my best to do the tasks but its really hard. I am not liking it at all. How can I sell my 2 years of clerkship as valuable experience for corporate work? I would like to get credit for at least one year (at least in salary, if I can’t in seniority). I know for litigation they are more clearly valued and linked to that type of work, but I have reconsidered my interests and now am thinking of going into corp. However, I don’t want to feel like I wasted 2 years clerking (which I don’t feel like that, but I have to convince an employer of that too). Any help or insight?

Trying to get out of consulting. Ux is so watered down and I’m terrified that it’s going to stunt my growth. I’m overall just not happy. Sure, consulting pats decently but I love the field of UX and just get stuck making wireframes that the customer requests. The field is so competitive right now and I can’t seem to land another job.
