I am currently working in a leading architecture and design firm for almost a year now. I have 3 years of experience. When I started in this firm I was told that they will reconsider my position in sometime. I recently asked HR regarding salary review, but he denied and said they are not considering anymore salary this year and next salary considerations would be in Q1 of next year(6 more months). Hi Team. I joined accenture on 1st July 22 at level 9( SAP). This is my first exp at a service base. Few Questions:
1. How much perc variable i can expect in Nov.I am charging since day 1. Was on bench for a week.
