What job title would I search for looking at a client side role coming from the agency side as an Associate Media Director with 8 years experience?

Has anyone ever done or considered contract to hire positions?

Are all the Oracle certifications free irrespective of our team after we join Oracle? Or WT can do certification only of our manners assigns any to us?

I want to move to Europe or New Zealand. I am educated/barred in the US and only speak English. Is this hopeless, or are there opportunities out there for someone like me?

I came across multiple posts in which the pay is very much less compared to the industry standard ( on seeing their YOE)

But digging a bit deeper, we could see the lack of skill sets, not up to the market trend with latest technologies. Basically not updating ourselves with new stuffs happening around.

Your YOE nowadays doesn't matter much but skills matters. Keep upgrading your skills if you want to stick to the market trends and enjoy the boom.
