AFS - if I do my self input on my FY22 goals and submit to manager for a review this week since my project ended, what do I do in May when I have a different project? I used it after I came home from my first active duty. I found I struggled with the transition back home as a civilian. I was very cranky, irritable, angry, and short-tempered with my family. I decided to seek a therapist and psychiatrist. I suggest you do the same there are many services out there for those of us in the military. Good luck!
My wife suggested for a therapy when I went home after my deployment. She noticed a little changes on my behavior and was afraid that may worsen over time. I am glad that I listened to her.
I have been in therapy for the past two years, and last year I attended a group therapy session for individuals with anxiety. I also participate in an online support group for people with depression. I find these resources to be incredibly helpful for managing my mental health.

These include seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist, attending therapy sessions, and participating in support groups. I have also used online resources such as mental health websites, apps, and forums to find helpful information and resources. Additionally, I have sought out alternative treatments such as yoga and meditation to help me cope with stress and anxiety. I started using mental health resources in my early 20s, when I was struggling with depression and anxiety.
