My wife swears by hand written calendar on our fridge. Works great until I’m not home and can’t see it
We have the giant Staples desk calendar on our wall in the kitchen. You know the kind that has 6 lines per day to write stuff. It's great for an at a glance look to see what's upcoming, etc. I've been trying to get my wife to also use a shared digital calendar, but she is a Luddite at heart.
Oh, did I mention how many times a week she calls me at home and asks what's on a certain day because she's trying to make another appointment while at the doctor's office? Yea, that shared calendar would be really useful then I think...smh
Google shared calendars. Allows color coded calendars, integrated reminders, and can be shared with family members
That got a deep smile LEK1. Even the best tools don’t help if they aren’t used
Google calendar. I’ve taken years of patient training to get my wife to use it. Now even my son uses it. My daughter is a bit to young to manage her own events, but we’re getting close.
I agree and had to do the same, asking “but it wasn’t on the Google calendar”.. I also have when bills are due on it, but maybe that’s overboard. It keeps us coordinated, but doesn’t replace conversation and keeping each other in the loop.
iCloud calendars
Ooohkay
Old school dry erase calendars located by the fridge. Each family member gets a different color. Simple and low tech but visibility and ease are important.
