Seize the opportunity. Give your notice kindly and we’ll, depart on solid footing and don’t burn a single bridge. Change is good for growth, and if this is a case where it’s your dream, don’t be afraid of change if you’re just going to wonder “what if” down the road
Follow your dream. Life's too short not to. Just leave on great terms and thank them for everything they've done for you. You never know, your dream company may have some issues. Few companies are perfect. If you don't love it, you leave the door open to a return.
^That.
Do it. Agency life is a shitshow right now and it’s not looking to get better any time soon.
Look after yourself. No one else will.

For all sad words of tongue and pen, the saddest are these, 'It might have been'. - John Greenleaf Whittier
If they love you and you love them, they gotta let you spread your wings. 🕊️
You don’t have to hate one thing to try something else. In fact, it’s much better to have liked every place you’ve worked than to have hated them all. This is best case scenario, friend. Congrats!
Leave on a good note. Take the dream offer.
Take it!!! And like the others said, leave on good terms. Be grateful for what you have learned and stay in contact with folks. It can be hard to move to the client side so do it while you can. And if they are a good boss/company, they will be happy for you and understand it’s a great opportunity (but they will probably try to get you to stay!)
Everything above. Give it a shot and if they love you, they'll always make room for you again if it doesn't work out...but in the meantime, follow the dream- the best opportunities come in moments like this and when you least expect them.
Do the dream. You can always come back.
