Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Few tips for looking at exits:

1) Referrals are a huge tool for getting your foot in the door. At Facebook it guarantees that atleast your resume is given more than a glance.

2) A well constructed story/resume can offset any weak points in your experience

I am trying to figure out how to switch to SWE. I have a masters in civil engineering and have a good background in higher level math. It looks like the better coding boot camps are quite expensive. The alternative is another masters in CS which is the same cost as many boot camps. Any recommendations on picking between a coding boot camp and getting another masters degree in CS? I’m looking to get into the best position possible after getting an education in CS (get a job quick and good pay).

Immigration lawyers had sent me a questionnaire to fill out for Manager PERM. They now just came back saying that they need to assess me for a different position. Anyone else experience this? Had my virtual on-site for an S&O L3 role 3.5 weeks ago (NYC, 5 YOE). I haven’t heard back on a decision yet, and was wondering how long it typically takes? I also know that I was one of the very first candidates to interview for this specific role, and there are atleast 2 more people scheduled for onsites. Does the recruiter typically wait for all candidates to finish their onsites before communicating a decision? Or if I haven’t heard back yet, it’s probably a reject?
