I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.

Not to mention, HR would likely be the ones creating and communicating that requirement, so reporting them to themselves is not going to be fruitful.
What do you mean by train your replacement. if someone is laid off due to performance any one will require the outgoing resource to hand over KT of his daily job duty. it is not like they will teach the skillset ..but they would certainly need to handover KT of their daily job duties to the new person.
Do it, they won't know you did it poorly until after your long gone.

At PwC, once you hit manager your severance is spelled out in your employment contract.
Train your replacement for two days and then request that they double your severance. If they don’t agree then leave and demand original severance because you performed some training.
