What’s the most ridiculous salary range you’ve seen? A recruiter first approached me for my current job with $70-120k so I didn’t think it was legit. I ended up a little less than the middle.

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

I renegotiated my start date and it’s different from the date I signed on the offer letter. Do I need to request a revised offer letter or is the email thread with the recruiter sufficient. By the way, my background check is already in progress.
