Don’t know, don’t care
100% other than vacation.
99% which is weird because I literally have been staffed 100% of the time.
96, firsr week in jan and another week in march
61%. Had a project with disparate POs and on bench since coming back from paternity leave.

95%, through strategically managing the last few weeks of the year
Why do you ask? We all have targets, if you’re below 95%, that’s probably below average, unless you’re at a senior mgr level. Utilization is a standard metric
64% 😎
108%, and I've taken a good amount of PTO...killing me
145%
40%
No clue because I don’t bother looking at the reports... but probably somewhere around 110%. Would love to get the % way down in the second half of the year
100%
Don’t know - we don’t use it for anything until principal where you need to be between 40-50 percent
It does show up as a static in your year end but it isn't used in your performance review or anything like that. Mine was around 55-60% last year and no one cares at all.
For everyone above, does your time off get taken out of the denominator?
97%. Goal was around 70%. Not proud of my number. Yes, PTO has no bearing on the number.
95%+ seems so high if it's just billable work (not counting firm "extracurriculars"), unless it's like C/SC level.
