I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.
Is this true ??

So many things come up that I would have been unprepared for at 3 years. I know people do it, but to me, it seems like risky in terms of malpractice. I have never seen great work being done by solos who are in their first few years of practice. I think more experience is necessary, but perhaps if you have very good mentorship it could work out.
I second this. I went solo within the first 2 years (not really planned, but covid so, you know), and wish I’d been at a firm longer to 1) buy a house and 2) get more experience.
It depends if you have a good base of knowledge and are willing to spend half of your time running the business instead of practicing law. Some people can train themselves, and some need more mentorship/training from others.
