Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

Before the baby has arrived
Whenever you feel ready. If you’re struggling with symptoms and need accommodations, it’s okay to share with HR and/or someone you work with.
Otherwise, plenty of women wait 5+ months to share.
Right after conception
Dont think this is how most folks do it. Most wait until around / after first trimester
With WFH, a lot of people I’ve known haven’t shared until 5+ months
You'll know when the time comes. You must continue your pregnancy on your own.
When they want to
2nd trimester
When you are ready. Preferably with enough time for your teams to fix the schedule to cover your leave. Personally, I chose to tell my team as soon as we heard the heartbeat around 10 weeks...I was already having a such a hard time hiding it and I was excited to tell people. But I totally get why other people would want to wait longer. (I did actually tell one of the partners a couple weeks earlier with my first because I'd been really sick during busy season and decided not to charge the hours that I was in the bathroom trying not to puke...he inquired why my charge hours were a little low, so I explained. He was thankfully really great about it, understood, and didn't blow my cover until I was ready to share.)
