When is it time to ask about or even start thinking about a promotion?

I have been at my current agency for 15mo and it’s my first real job. Since Covid, I feel like I have a lot more responsibilities and have been doing what I think is AD and even senior AD stuff (especially the last two months since my agency laid off a bunch of people. Our team lost an ACD and AD).

The AD role is open on our team. I’m wondering if I should ask about it or not. What can I do to show them I’m ready?

Hi I have 5+ yrs of bedside clinical research nurse experience and have been trying to pivot to the CRO world. I have applied to over 40+ positions and keep getting rejected. I have reformatted my resume to ATS but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Why is it so hard to get into the CRO industry and why is my hospital experience not translating? Thanks

I am currently working as Branch Manager (scale-2 officer) in one of the leading public sector banks and have 5 yr experience in core banking. I am having 2.5 years experience in the IT sector on vision plus as a software engineer (before joining the bank). Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.

I had technical and behavioral interview today at Deloitte Canada for visual analytics and information design position.
In technical round there was a case study to create visual data sheet and present it to technical round.

It went good they asked couple of questions and showed that at some point it lacks of continuity and rest thing is good. I have been told we will discuss and send details to HR and you will get update within few days. What are the chances that they can hire me ?
