Just curious to how my firms (wealth management/bank/trust) comp compares with others out there. I received a promotion earlier this year from an Investment Advisor, AVP to Senior Investment Advisor, VP and moved from $110K to $140K ($130 salary + $10K discretionary bonus) all in. By meeting expectations in 2 pay cycles, the base bumps up to $175K + bonus. Grown in this role over about 10 years with the same firm, MBA + CFA; top 10 city and living comfortably as dual income household.

Not sure if this is the best place but I have my first round with JPM for quantitative research analyst but not sure what to expect. Can any one share any insights or pointers? Been really looking for this opportunity and not sure where to start besides brushing up on my work experience. Any technicals or coding questions that I should anticipate?
