Definitely not PwC
None will differentiate themselves materially.
Can confirm. High deductible is $7,500 for a family and no copay, you need to pay for visits out of pocket till you reach that deductible. I’m at BDO now and for the same premium everything is on co-pay and deductible is $1,800
KPMG: (Best Plan?)
$200.00/month; zero deductible; 3000.00 Out of Pocket, and 0.00 to 20.00 copays. Out of Network is the same cost as In Network.
What really makes me angry about EY is that the three most used visits are excluded from out of network benefits - an annual physical, an annual GYN, and colonoscopies. It's such a sham.
At PwC the low deductible plan is 1400, max out of pocket is 3500 for individual. You have a 10% co-insurance. People usually start on this then save up a sizable HSA and covert to the higher deductible plans. Our network is UHC, and we do have out of network coverage (at a higher rate).
I think PwC would benefit from adding an ER funded HRA say 700.00 a year which maxes out at 2800.00 over 4 years. That money would go back to PwC upon an employee exiting, bring down costs for individuals who are healthy and only use a moderate amount of health services.
What is it like at EY?
