Which health insurance is better or do you recommend, aetna value network (AVN) HMO or Kaiser HMO? My pcp is leaving my Aetna HMO network and the next closest one is 5+ miles away while Kaiser is closer at only 2-3 miles away but the therapy, radiology and other specialty services aren’t great at Kaiser. The price for AVN is about $20 cheaper a month than Kaiser but the price for aetna HMO (not AVN) costs more than Kaiser. It comes up to almost $200 a month, while aetna PPO is over $500/mo

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

Have an acquaintance who is a single mom; she purchased a used car 3 mos ago.
