Hey, I have my interview scheduled for Technology Consulting job for SharePoint at Microsoft Services. HR said it is a coding round and the interview is named as HO interview. Can someone let me what kind of questions I can expect in the interview Microsoft . #Sharepoint #Microsoft #MicrosoftServices #Interview
I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

It can certainly feel like a long time... if its very formalized or question/answer.
Time goes by much quicker when its a more casual conversation.
Best advice is to have a huge amount of questions to ask, and flip the conversation around at the half way mark to have them talk.

I think it depends on the position. I interviewed yesterday for an HR leadership role and an hour barely scratched the surface. I could have easily gone two hours because there was so much more I wanted to know to even decide if a second interview is worth my time and effort.
Because you want to make sure you're getting the right person, into the right seat. 1 hour might be long for an initial phone screening, but time really shouldn't be a factor -- other than how long the entire interview process takes 1-4 weeks, or beyond that. A lengthy interview process can deter a candidate for sure.
Depending on the role that you're trying to fill in our interview really isn't that much time at all. When I was interviewing for different HR positions I never viewed an hour as long enough and would treat it as a change to learn about the status of the company
It's 1 hour to figure out if this candidate will last for at least 1 year and not cost tens of thousands of dollars in the long run if they're not the right fit. In that respect, 1 hr isn't enough time lol
One hour is long? I've interviewed at companies where you had 4 or 5 separate 45-minute blocks to meet with different people throughout the company. The higher up you move, the more intensive the process becomes. And being on the other side of the interviewing table, I'll take all the time with a candidate that I can get.
Honestly that is not bad. I have been reading in here people having 6-8 hour interviews. Sometimes it seems like its a full time job interviewing. I will take one hour haha.
