Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

Bought a 300k end unit townhouse in Atlanta, 14 months ago with 10% down (3.65% interest rate). Prices in subdivision have been increasing over that period. This month 2 non-end units listed for 330k and sold right away. The opposite end unit on my 5 unit building was listed for 340k and is currently pending. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help
