In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.

If you’ve had other experiences with them, is this a new or different behavior? In a 1:1 I’d say I’ve noticed that you need long breaks during the day and I need to repeat directions several times, is everything okay? Either things are not okay which they may feel comfortable opening up, or they just aren’t doing the work and are now going to be aware that it’s being noticed, then go from there. I had an engagement recently where a few of my team members were going through some tough personal issues and were a bit relieved when I just asked them with true sincerity ‘are you okay’. I’d start there
